Economic Forecast:
The annual economic forecast for the Charleston region is a partnership project between the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's Center for Business Research and the College of Charleston's School of Business and Economics. This published forecast includes an 18- to 24-month look ahead for the housing industry, visitor industry, airport and Port of Charleston. The annual forecast is released each spring at the Chamber's Annual Economic Outlook Conference which features insight into the national and regional economic outlook.
