Chamber Labor Climate Network Human Resource Workshop Series - Tough Economic Times Never Last, Resilient Companies Do!

Workforce development is an ongoing issue for all companies in today's nation and it is important to understand and keep up-to-date with best practices and new laws. To educate businesses on organization design, proper hiring/firing practices, flexibility, new labor related legislation and the impact of change in government leadership, the Chamber Labor Climate Network (CLCN) will hold an educational series. "Tough Economic Times Never Last, Resilient Companies Do!" is this first in the series and will educate attendees on how to keep people engaged and motivated during hard economic times and give attendees the knowledge and tools necessary for becoming a high performance organization.

Industry experts will be present to teach attendees how to best manage their day-to-day human resource operations given new the challenges, laws and labor environment.  The event will teach attendees how to effectively internally and externally communicate the changes that will occur given the current times. This is a great opportunity for all professionals to learn how to take a proactive approach in educating their workforce on key issues facing both the nation and our region.
