The Charleston Young Professionals Mentor/Mentee Program

The Mentor Program has helped more than 130 young professionals connect with leaders in the community to help reach career goals.

The year-long program gives mentees the opportunity to learn from business leaders and gain support and guidance, while offering mentors an opportunity to strengthen ties with the young professional community.

Participants enter the program for a wide variety of reasons. We offer an opportunity that provides useful resources and tools, while remaining flexible enough to accommodate individual goals. Through monthly meetings and quarterly program events, participants gain:

  • Guidance, support and career advice from an experienced professional
  • Networking opportunities
  • Insight on how to improve skills and achieve professional goals

The seminar will include the following:

  • Orientation to the experience of serving for a non-profit
