The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for certain events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses and marketing efforts.
For registered attendees, the CMCC has a 48 hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted. Registered attendees may receive a full refund, if a written cancellation notice is provided to the CMCC at least 48 hours prior to event. No refunds are allowed within 48 hours of event. Substitutions for attendees are welcome, with written notice at least 24 hours in advance of event.** No refunds will be issued after the event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, travel delays, missed sessions or cancellations after the start of the event.
No refunds will be issued after sponsor benefits have been activated. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of an event. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Substitutions for sponsor attendees are welcome, with written notice at least 24 hours in advance of event.**
